Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer (Civil Engineer) to manage and oversee activities on site. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They will liaise with clients, contractors, and the project team to ensure smooth project execution, compliance with construction regulations, and effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee day-to-day site operations and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with project timelines.

? Ensure all construction activities adhere to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

? Interpret and implement design plans and construction drawings.

? Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient project workflow.

? Manage resources including labor, materials, and equipment on-site to optimize productivity and minimize costs.

? Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

? Maintain detailed site records, including work schedules, daily logs, and material usage reports.

? Ensure adherence to health and safety policies, promoting a safe work environment for all site personnel.

? Assist in resolving any technical issues or site challenges that may arise.

? Communicate project updates and progress reports to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.

? Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

? Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil construction projects, with on-site engineering experience.

? Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).

? Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

? Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

? Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

? Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different construction sites as required.
