Job Title: Experienced Construction Professional

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure that all construction activities are performed in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and construction crews.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Address and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum of [7] years of experience in the construction industry.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Ajman if not already residing in the area.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

• Civil engineering: 7 years (Preferred)

• Arabic is your Mother Language (Preferred)
