Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Site Engineer

to manage the construction site of high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site management, including supervising construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

:

Oversee day-to-day operations on high-rise building construction sites. Ensure all construction activities are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and project timelines. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow. Manage the site workforce and monitor productivity to meet project goals. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Ensure materials and equipment are available and appropriately managed. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Project Manager. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues as they arise. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. Proven experience working as a Site Engineer on

high-rise building

projects. Solid understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and safety standards. Familiarity with construction management software and tools. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Knowledge of GCC construction regulations is a plus.
