Job Description

Job Title: Site Engineer (ONLY those who completely answer the Pre-Screening Questions will be Shortlisted)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control construction activities on-site, ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and relevant building codes.
• Coordinate with the construction team, including contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct site inspections to identify any defects or issues and develop corrective actions to rectify them.
• Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage and control site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress reports, and site diaries.
• Identify and report any potential risks or issues to the Project Manager or Site Manager.
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Ensure that all site documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in challenging weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED1,200.00 per year
