Site Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience working in the UAE construction industry. The Site Engineer will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and ensure construction activities are executed according to the project plan.
Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
Conduct inspections to ensure work is being carried out as per the drawings and specifications.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies on-site.
Liaise with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Facilitate effective communication between the site team and other stakeholders.
Attend site meetings and provide technical support as needed.
