Prepare the LV Jobs Estimation and site Inquire Planning, Coordination for day to day site activities Monitor the site progress and manpower utilization & machinery utilization Studying Subcontract Agreement/Orders received from Clients in detail and discuss costing with Estimation Dept Site organization Charts for their projects with all individuals responsibilities clearly identified which will help in properly identifying problems/delays at site level and finalize mitigation strategy for approval by Management Project Development / Material list submission Project development list/site organization/Scope Statement / terms of subcontract Preparation and co ordination of As-build drawing like LV&HV jobs,Trail trench jobs,cable removal jobs Sending details of issues related to costs and delays in Contracts completion to HO for submitting Letters for claims to Clients Develop and update project control and procurement control chart for maintaining the project. Daily Progress report & project P/L Statement updating with details of all the resources (Both Man & Machine) utilized at site. Weekly certification of work done from client representative (Raising RFIs if required) Timely completion of job activities as per schedule planned by planning dept. for every month to achieve the set targets. Obtaining payment certificates on time for the progress invoice submitted against each project / Job. Timely preparation and submission of monthly progress invoices (of certified quantities) to client / contractor & Monthly Billing. Monthly Collection to be done. Documentation and proper filing of all project related documents (Invoices / Payment certificates / Variation work approvals / contract documents etc) as per ISO standards. Timely procurement/follow up of material required at site to avoid unnecessary delays and fines. Presence at site (not site office) matching with starting time, site activity and site rounds. Follow up and collection of Outstanding from the completed and current ongoing projects with clients. As-built drawing preparation / submission / completion of project Site work execution & survey Preparation of B.O.Q. and estimation Coordination with Authorities DEWA NOC & LV design approval documentation and follow-up as per project requirements DM Agriculture & irrigation department NOC submission and follow-up as per project requirements Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
