Minimum Qualifications:
• Expert in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Proven experience working in a construction environment is required.
• Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing large volumes of documentation.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with document control systems and processes in construction projects is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
• Monitor document flow, maintain logs, and ensure proper filing and archiving of records.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other project-related materials as required.
