Job Description

• We are looking for Arabic Site Civil Engineer with minimum 02 to 03 years of UAE Experience.
• Experience in Maintenance and Construction Work.
• Able to execute works as per approved Dubai Municipality drawings such as Structural drawings, Architectural drawings , Electrical drawings , Plumbing drawings.
• Make quantity surveying for projects and follow up B.O.Q for each site.
• Aware with project costing & materials market price.
• Preparing LPO & Follow up material delivery.
• Checking delivery notes at site.
• Checking work at site with Coordination for site sub-contractor.
• Execute and supervision of the finishing works which covers block work ,water proofing, Plastering , granite flooring , painting and tiling works as per requirements in the finishing schedule / architectural.
• Maintain and control site daily reports.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety and technical documents.
• Supervise labor at site.
• Carry out all assigned responsibilities and any other related works as assigned by the superiors.
• able to use Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a site engineer for villa`s G+1 in Dubai min 02 Years.
• Preferred holding UAE driving license.
• Preferred DM approved engineer (G+1) and registered in society of engineers.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills specially with labor different nationalities.
• BS/MA in Civil Engineering.
• Willing to start ASAP.
• Salary starting AED: 3,500.00 per month depends on applicants experience.
