Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. The role involves planning, designing, and overseeing the construction, renovation, fit out, and maintenance of building structures and facilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in Maintenance, Facility Management, and Contracting within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design building structures, renovations, and fit-out projects.
• Oversee construction and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs or project requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and proposals.
• Ensure adherence to relevant UAE building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (attested certificate preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in Maintenance, Facility Management, Renovation, or Fit-Out projects in the UAE (preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, project management, and building codes.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
• Other Requirements:
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Availability to join immediately.
