As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Site Civil Engineer with a Dubai Municipality Practice Certificate to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will hold a practice certificate from Dubai Municipality and possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Compliance: Ensure that all construction work adheres to Dubai Municipality regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction processes.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise on-site, implementing effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of construction progress, site activities, and any variations from the original plans.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and progress reports to project managers and senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Certification: Valid Practice Certificate from Dubai Municipality.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Dubai. Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of site workers and subcontractors.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and implement timely solutions.
• Safety: In-depth understanding of safety protocols and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
