Job Description

Quantity Surveyor :

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour
• Preparing tender and contract documents

Civil Engineer

Inspect facilities and analyze operational data o Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards o Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development o Determine and present estimates of operational costs o Evaluate operations and processes o Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency o Implement improvements to designs and processes o Test material and structural integrity o Research the environmental impact of projects o Incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable features into design plans o Create graphical representations of proposed solutions o Prepare proposal documents and presentations o Compile and present reports explaining project details to non-technical stakeholders o Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards o Direct engineering activities; assign tasks, provide training and support o Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines o Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities o Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
