Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in villa constructions, with a comprehensive understanding of Dubai Municipality and DDA (Dubai Development Authority) regulations. A valid driving license is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments.
• Prepare and review project drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in villa constructions in Dubai.
• Previous experience as project site engineer for villa projects( Must)
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai Municipality and DDA regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ready to join in less than one month.

Salary:
Salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and performance during the interview process.
