We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Site Engineer - Civil

with minimum 10 years of experience in the Construction sector to join our dynamic team. If you have a proven track record in overseeing civil projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage civil engineering projects on-site, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Supervise site activities, including workforce management, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements and specifications are met. Monitor and report on project progress, including quality control, timelines, and costs. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and resolve potential issues. Prepare reports, documentation, and daily progress updates for senior management. Manage procurement of materials and equipment required for the project.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in civil site engineering. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with relevant engineering software and project management tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in leading large-scale projects from conception to completion. Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations. Certification in Project Management or equivalent is a plus.
