We are looking for a Site Architect to join our Programme Management team in the UAE. Required candidate will have proven experience in construction site management with focus on interior design projects. Strong Revit skills are a must. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with interior designers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that design concepts are executed accurately during the construction phase. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept, budget, and project timeline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and address design-related challenges that may arise during construction, proposing solutions that maintain the project\'s design intent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and maintain accurate records, including site reports, progress photos, and quality control documentation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as a point of contact for clients (if required), providing updates on construction progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with contractors to clarify design details and contractors\' shop drawings, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that construction is carried out in accordance with the design plans and approved shop drawings. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. Additional certifications or training in construction management is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in construction site management, with a focus on interior design projects. Prior experience in coordinating with contractors and tradespeople is highly valued. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Revit and CAD software, and other relevant design and construction management tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining design integrity throughout the construction process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to identify and address design and construction challenges in a timely and effective manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Capable of working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and project stakeholders.
