Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Architect with 6-7 years of experience in the UAE to oversee architectural activities on-site, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately and in compliance with local regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site architectural activities and resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure construction aligns with approved architectural designs, specifications, and UAE building codes.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and approve architectural shop drawings and material submittals.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Identify and address design discrepancies and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure timely execution of projects without compromising on quality.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 6-7 years of relevant experience in the UAE with a strong understanding of local building regulations and codes.
• Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
