Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Architect to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating closely with project engineers and site managers to ensure the successful execution of construction projects from design through to completion. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Implementation:
• Review and interpret architectural plans and specifications, ensuring that designs are executed accurately on-site.
• Collaborate with project engineers to address design modifications and technical challenges as they arise.
• Site Supervision:
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with design intent, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to architectural standards.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
• Assist in resolving any architectural issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including design changes, site conditions, and progress reports.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding project status, challenges, and milestones.
• Problem-Solving and Adaptability:
• Respond promptly to on-site challenges, utilizing creativity and technical knowledge to devise effective solutions.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience in architectural design, preferably within a construction or project management environment.
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and relevant codes and regulations.
• Strong understanding of architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
