You will be based on site around the UAE on multiple projects reviewing & executing design plans from the consultants & contractors. Reporting into the Design Director.The Person * The ideal candidate shall be from a fitout/finishes background with reputable contractors or interior design firms

• Held similar role for at least 5 years
• Experience of working with both contractor & consultant side
• Proven track record with high end finishes.

Responsibilities\xe2\x97\x8f Controlling projects and team, leading in decision making, and guiding team members.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to study and produce feasibility reports as well as design proposals.
\xe2\x97\x8f Produce detailed drawing packages, and reviewing packages for any necessary corrections.
\xe2\x97\x8f Confident in producing specification sheets and schedules for both Architecture and Interior Works.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strongly prefer to have experience in Interior Design works, as this role will heavily rely on this knowledge.
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of Interior and Architectural suppliers in the UAE, for finishes, furniture and equipment (FF&E) .
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordination skills and ability to communicate confidently with clients and team members.
\xe2\x97\x8f Client facing presentation skills & ability to produce clear and interesting visual presentations.
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of building standards, codes, guidelines and regulations, in various types of projects.
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordination with the site team, scheduling visits to check on project status.
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience working with construction professionals.
\xe2\x97\x8f Design knowledge that is up to date with latest trends and technologies.
\xe2\x97\x8f Skill set to produce or support conceptual ideas, drawing packages, renderings, and all other necessary documents.
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience coordinating with Engineers and other consulting disciplines, while having strong background knowledge on MEP, Structures, Sustainability, etc.
\xe2\x97\x8f Produces and reviews construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• BSc Architecture or Interior Design
• 7+ years experience dealing with high end development projects
• Arabic speaker
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Cloud, Autocad, Revit, SketchUp, 3d etc).
• Experience of dealing with local UAE authorities
• Portfolio of high end residential projects
• Ability to priorities workload and work under pressure
