Site Architect
Job Description
We are urgently in need for a SITE ARCHITECT, Minimum of 10 years of experience to be deployed in Sharjah, Dubai, RAK & AJMAN, with the below qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural site supervision, with a strong focus on consultancy work.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using architectural software and tools for design, drafting, and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate data and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- familiarity with local regulations and standards.
