Responsibilities:

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Architect to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

We envisage success in this role to include:• Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
• Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
• Reviewing submitted shop drawings and material submittals against the drawings & specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice
• Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.
• Time management and task prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.


Qualifications:

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 9 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture. Large Villas construction project experience is essential for this role.
