We are looking for a candidate to work as Site Administrator - Valet Parking
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist senior management with meeting arrangements, including updating and monitoring minutes of meetings.
• Prepare and generate reports for senior management as required.
• Record and maintain minutes for management meetings.
• Type, format, and edit documents as requested by management and other head office staff.
• Introduce and implement administrative policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the Valet Parking department on various tasks.
• Support the procurement process, including sourcing, preparing paperwork, securing approvals, and following up on LPOs, GRNs, etc.
• Update and manage administration databases, including staff KPIs and performance reviews.
• Develop and maintain a reference number and filing system in line with operational needs.
• Prepare and submit management reports as directed by the Operations Director.
• Oversee staff inductions, probation periods, uniforms, etc.
• Maintain and update the annual leave database for both management and staff.
Qualifications:
• Minimum high school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role or comprehensive knowledge of administration.
Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail.
