We are a leading real estate contracting company in Dubai seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Accountant cum Timekeeper cum Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, tracking employee hours, and handling payroll processes to ensure smooth operations at our construction sites.
Responsibilities:
Site Accountant:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for construction projects.
• Prepare and review budgets, expense reports, and financial statements.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payments.
• Conduct regular financial audits and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management
Timekeeper:
• Accurately record and monitor employee attendance, hours worked, and leave taken.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws regarding work hours and overtime.
• Generate and maintain timesheets, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and managers to resolve any discrepancies in attendance records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports for management.
Payroll Specialist:
• Process payroll for site employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Calculate wages, overtime, and deductions in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data and benefits administration.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Accountant, Timekeeper, Payroll Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll processes, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
