The Sales Executive & SIRA Technician for CCTV plays a dual role in driving sales of CCTV systems and providing technical expertise as a licensed SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) technician. This position requires a combination of sales acumen, technical proficiency in CCTV systems, and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities:
Sales Executive:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities for CCTV systems and related products/services.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including property managers, businesses, and homeowners.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
SIRA Technician:
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems in compliance with SIRA regulations and industry standards.
Conduct site surveys to assess security needs and recommend appropriate CCTV solutions.
Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on CCTV equipment as needed.
Ensure proper documentation of installations, including completion certificates and compliance reports.
Stay updated on SIRA regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to CCTV installations and security systems.
Customer Service:
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct training sessions for customers on CCTV system operation and maintenance.
Sales Reporting and Administration:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote CCTV products/services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security or CCTV industry.
SIRA certification as a CCTV technician is required.
Strong technical knowledge of CCTV systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
