The Sales Operations Analyst will play a key role in analyzing data that supports sales and operations planning across the Aeroderivative Services business. This role is critical in developing a clear reconciliation of demand and supply, ensuring alignment with the overall business operating plan. The analyst will also be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into systems, reporting insights effectively, and driving continuous business improvements to support growth.

What you will do; Analyze data to support the process for a rolling 0-36 month forecast, ensuring effective management of finished goods inventories and order backlog to support order fulfilment. Support the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) team in consolidating and generating the forecasted unconstrained market demand from the regions. Assist the SIOP team in reconciling supply and demand data to build a financial case, drive data analysis for the SIOP monthly forums Drive order pipeline growth, budget planning activities, sales participation, and customer segmentation initiatives in collaboration with the sales operations teams. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in systems Partner with the DT teams to deliver the digitization roadmap for demand forecasting and LOB views, including slot charts Generate reports and provide insights to drive business & forecasting improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales and operations processes. Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, lead for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews. Cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).

What you will bring; Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college. Some experience in customer support and/or service positions. Some experience working with Global & Cross Functional Teams to meet time-sensitive business objectives. Proficient Microsoft Office Skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Salesforce CRM. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

What will make you stand out; Prior experience working with Tableau. Prior exposure on Lean and familiarity with Lean Toolkits. Prior experience in a Gas turbine related industry. Knowledge of GEV commercial operations processes and systems. Outstanding communication and team player skills. Integrity accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
