There are over 10 lawyers in the Abu Dhabi office currently.You will be involved with international cross border M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures and commercial matters across the oil & gas and energy sector.The right candidate for this role will have exceptional academics and experience working at a top tier law firm on corporate transactions. You must have experience advising on private equity and M&A deals ideally within the oil & gas or energy sectors.
