Showroom Staff Hospitality Industry
Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Show Room staff to join our team. The Show Room staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting customers with their purchases.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed
• Assist customers with their purchases, including answering questions about products and helping them find what they are looking for
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and keeping the store tidy
• Process transactions using the cash register and credit card machine
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Provide feedback to the store manager about customer needs and preferences
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills and proficiency with cash registers and credit card
• Alerts management of potential security issues.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Helps with the store opening and closing process.
