Showroom Sales Manager

Dubai, UAE

Showroom sales manager required for high-end Italian mattress brand. You will be required to articulate the brand/products to retail and wholesale customers, handle the entire sales process, oversee deliveries, prepare documentation/reports, and conduct other admin tasks. Candidates must be confident and perfectly fluent in English. Salaries include sales commission.

What we expect from you:

Contribute to the showroom achieving and exceeding its sales targets, cultivate strong client relationships and improve the sales to enquiry conversion rate.

Dealing with customers in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner while providing guidance and securing sales.

Conduct product demonstrations and provide recommendations or solutions to meet customer requirements.

Attending exhibitions and promotional displays.

Liaise with management regarding customer requirements.

Handling and following up on enquiries by telephone, email and social media.

Preparing customer quotations, invoices on our system and maintaining files of all sales documentation and any other paperwork.

Properly handling/recording of all payments whether by cash, cheque or credit card.

Handling orders from our network of retailers and other partners

Dealing with post sales queries and potential complaints.

Actively participate in maintaining the image of the showroom. Assist with merchandising, including cleaning the products and displays.

Liaising with delivery team and ensuring deliveries are correct and on time.

Maintain up to date knowledge and understanding of our brand, products, promotions,and prices.

Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports, spreadsheets, filing and any other admin work or tasks as required by the management.

Updating stock records and performing stock counts.

Properly following any Company procedures and guidelines.

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

Educated to Bachelor degree level.

Excellent command of English and preferably Arabic.

Computer Literacy, including MS Office, and ability to learn software used by the company.

With at least 2 years of UAE sales experience.

Preferably with experience in or knowledge of the luxury furniture industry.

Able to provide outstanding customer service in person and by telephone.

Maintain correspondence with established clients. and develop new clients.

Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely.

Communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide information to colleagues and customers.

Flexibility to work varied hours/days, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisation skills.

Proactive with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.

Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Represent the brand in an outstanding manner.

Results oriented.

Willing to start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
