We are seeking a personable and driven Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be crucial in enhancing our customers' shopping experience by providing expert product knowledge, exceptional service, and accurate invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our premium bed linen products, including features, benefits, and care instructions.
• Sales: Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences, demonstrating the benefits and features of our products to drive sales.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is always clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Arrange displays and merchandise to highlight new arrivals and popular items.
• Sales Goals: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements:
