:

•The Sales Executive/Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom while also actively driving sales performance. This role combines leadership with customer service excellence, ensuring that both sales targets and customer satisfaction are consistently met. The Showroom Manager leads a team of sales staff, manages the showroom environment, and promotes the brand's products while fostering a high-quality customer experience. •

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership and Management:

• Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide coaching and training to ensure sales excellence.
• Actively participate in sales activities by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to customers based on their preferences and needs.

2. Showroom Operations:

• Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive showroom layout, with effective product displays and signage.
• Ensure proper stock levels and inventory management, including regular stock audits, reordering, and minimizing wastage.
• Ensure that showroom products are well-presented and regularly updated to highlight new arrivals or promotions.

3. Customer Experience and Service:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right products, answering questions, and offering solutions.
• Address customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop strategies for attracting new clientele.

4. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

• Track and report on showroom sales performance, including individual and team sales, customer feedback, and product trends.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to boost performance.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on showroom performance, customer trends, and product popularity.

5. Team Training and Development:

• Train and develop the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service standards, and showroom procedures.
• Foster a collaborative, positive work environment where team members are motivated and engaged.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff on their development and areas for growth.

6. Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate product availability.
• Coordinate with procurement or warehouse teams to handle product replenishment and deliveries.
• Implement strategies to manage slow-moving stock and promote high-demand products.

7. Promotions and Marketing:

• Work closely with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, events, and special offers to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to adjust promotional strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement in-store marketing materials and displays.

8. Administration and Compliance:

• Manage daily administrative tasks, including sales transactions, customer records, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Oversee showroom budget management and ensure cost control for operational expenses.

9. Health and Safety:

• Ensure the showroom adheres to health and safety standards, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Address any safety concerns promptly and ensure that team members are aware of and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong background in managing a showroom or retail environment.
• Previous leadership or managerial experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Solid understanding of inventory management and sales reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
