Showroom Salesperson - Industrial Hardware

We are looking for a

highly motivated and knowledgeable Showroom Salesperson

to join our team at Creative Industrial Automation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the

industrial hardware

sector and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service Understand customer requirements and suggest the most suitable products Respond to customer inquiries and offer detailed product information Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and organized Process sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments Support inventory management and assist with restocking products Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

Diploma in

Industrial Automation

,

Electrical

, or

Electronics

Previous sales experience Strong communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Malayalam

Knowledge of industrial hardware products Basic computer skills
