Showroom Salesperson - Industrial Hardware

We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Showroom Salesperson to join our team at Creative Industrial Automation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the industrial hardware sector and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service
• Understand customer requirements and suggest the most suitable products
• Respond to customer inquiries and offer detailed product information
• Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and organized
• Process sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments
• Support inventory management and assist with restocking products
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

• Diploma in Industrial Automation , Electrical , or Electronics
• Previous sales experience
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
• Knowledge of industrial hardware products
• Basic computer skills
