Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to join our automotive team. The Showroom Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our showroom, managing customer interactions, and providing essential support to the sales and management teams. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for the automotive industry and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Support:
• Welcome and greet customers as they enter the showroom.
• Provide information on vehicles, promotions, and services offered.
• Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
• Guide customers to the appropriate sales personnel based on their needs.
• Showroom Management:
• Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Maintain inventory of promotional materials, brochures, and product information.
• Coordinate the display and arrangement of vehicles within the showroom.
• Support the marketing team with in-showroom promotions, displays, and events.
• Administrative Duties:
• Manage daily schedules for test drives, appointments, and customer follow-ups.
• Update and maintain accurate records of vehicle stock and showroom displays.
• Assist in processing sales documentation and preparing contracts for clients.
• Monitor and ensure that all sales and marketing materials are up-to-date.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team by preparing vehicles for display and organizing test drives.
• Provide sales reports, customer feedback, and other insights to management.
• Support the coordination of events, launches, and other showroom activities.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely deliveries and set-up for showroom activities.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive or luxury retail industry.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with automotive products, services, and showroom operations is a plus.
• Other Qualifications:
• Passionate about the automotive industry.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Tagalog (Required)
