We are seeking an experienced Show Caller to join our dynamic team on a freelance basis for 6-8 weeks, with the potential for a full-time position. The Show Caller will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of events, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that all elements of the production come together seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call the show and manage live events, ensuring all technical elements are executed on time.
• Coordinate with stage management, technical teams, and talent to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate cues and changes to the production team during rehearsals and live events.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event and provide solutions on the spot.
• Collaborate with producers and directors to create a cohesive event experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Show Caller or in a similar role within the events and exhibition industry.
• Strong understanding of event production and technical aspects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
