What You Will Do:

The Gulf Shopper Marketing Intern is responsible for analysing shopper insights, contributing to promotional campaigns, support in POSMB development, and collaborating with retail partners. Overall, the internship provides hands-on experience in diverse retail excellence activities, contributing to the development and execution of strategies that impact consumer purchasing decisions.






Key Responsibilities


Shopper Insights Analysis: Analyse sales, & sell out data to identify trends and insights that inform shopper marketing strategies Activation & Promotion Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of in-store activations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure seamless implementation of Gulf Activity Calendar Execution Excellence Operations: support the development & implementation of Retail Excellence projects such as: Perfect Store, Activity Grid, Promo Excellence, Kitcode creation, Chameleon Promo System Clean up, etc POSM Agencies Coordination: liaise with external agencies for Point-of-Sale Material, and facilitate ad hoc and planned activations requests BME Budget Management: Lead the PO-Payment process and ensure efficient tracking is done Supports in preparation of necessary Performance Review analysis or presentations needed Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications & Skills:




Bachelor's degree from Business discipline





Desired Qualifications


Solid analytical skills/numbers oriented Advanced Excel PO process and budget tracking understanding SAP system experience is an advantage.
