We are hiring;

- Russian & English Speaker Shop Operations Specialist (Tour Operator)

Main Responsibilities:

Assigning vehicles and schedules for shop tours written by guides.

Directing the assigned programs to the shops through the online system and monitoring the reservation status.

Checking whether the vehicle assigned to a shop reservation has arrived at the hotel and ensuring the guest meets the vehicle.

Distributing reservations to shops in the most accurate way according to the rates determined during the contract process.

Reporting any possible issues (such as guest merging, vehicle delays, forgotten reservations) related to ongoing reservations and vehicles with shop personnel to the responsible parties (shop office, shop field) without engaging in any disputes.

Conveying guest details to the shop representative based on information received from the guide (such as special occasions, specific products requested, guest preferences, etc.).

Informing guides who fall below the daily targets specified in the performance reports directed by the shop executive.

Offering suggestions for actions to be taken when necessary.

Preparing an operational season report related to the region they are responsible for (shops, guides, etc.).

Carrying out their duties in accordance with the policies, procedures, and job descriptions established by the Board of Directors for the internal control system, and for acting in accordance with the Company's working principles and ethical rules.

Maintaining the confidentiality of personal data obtained through their duties; accessing personal data only within the scope of their duties, authority, and responsibilities; and protecting this data in accordance with the Company's policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations.

Required a great excel skills for daily/monthly/yearly/seasonal reports.

Tourism experience is mandatory.

Working hours 9 AM - 6 PM (6/1)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
