Title : Shop floor supervisor


Location : Umm Al Quwain


Responsibilities:


Al Muqarram Industry is seeking for Shop floor supervisor professional to join our team. The Shop floor supervisor will be working at Umm Al Quwain Factory and will be reporting to plant manager.


General Responsibilities:


• Assist all production as per given daily plan.
• Shop floor experience to handle the Blue collar staffs.
• Manage daily workers allocation as per work plan.
• Assist workers health & Safety issues to corporate office.
• Responsibility and ensure daily RM/PM sufficient quantity availability for smooth production.
• Support with production process to achieving daily production target plan.
• Full responsibility of execute daily/weekly/monthly production target as per the plan provided by Factory Manager.




Profile Qualifications:


Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing company.


Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi speaking is an added advantage.


Education: BSc Chemistry.
