To bring this vision to life, we are seeking a talented and experienced architect who specializes in traditional culture-inspired designs. We are looking forward to guide them. +971505471952 Whatsapp contact : We are looking for a skilled and creative architect to lead the design and engineering of our caf\xc3\xa9 from A to Z. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incorporating traditional cultural elements into modern spaces, creating an ambiance that is both authentic and functional. Responsibilities:
Contract length: 4-5 months Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
- Conceptual Design: Develop design concepts that integrate traditional cultural elements with contemporary caf\xc3\xa9 design.
- Space Planning: Create efficient and aesthetically pleasing layouts for seating, counter space, and other functional areas.
- Detailing: Provide detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Material Selection: Recommend materials and finishes that enhance the traditional cultural theme.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure the design meets our vision and operational needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Project Management: Oversee the project from initial concept through to completion, coordinating with contractors and suppliers as needed.
- Experience: Proven experience in architectural design, with a focus on projects that incorporate traditional cultural elements.
- Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture.
- Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in traditional culture-inspired designs.
- Communication: Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a passion for cultural heritage in design.
Contract length: 4-5 months Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
