- Adhere strictly to the shop timetable and all rules and regulations set forth by the company.
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing information about merchandise.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Assist in receiving and processing shipments of merchandise.
- Contribute to the overall success of the shop by achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the shop.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the UAE.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in clothing shops.
- Have Arabic communication skills for interacting with Arabic-speaking customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to relocate to an area nearby the shop location in Al Ain, Al Yahar.
- Ability to manage accommodation and food independently.
