Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and execute 20-30 shoots per month with precision and creativity.
• Oversee the entire production process, ensuring smooth coordination with the team and timely delivery of projects.
• Review and refine every frame to ensure clean, crisp, and visually impactful outputs.
• Collaborate with the editing team to understand post-production workflows and deliver high-quality results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market preferences to produce relevant and engaging content.
• Research and curate music, styles, and visual elements to elevate storytelling.
• Ensure a clean and professional shoot environment for every project.
• Manage the team, monitor deliverables, and provide constructive feedback to maintain excellence.
• Understand and cater to diverse cultural aesthetics for a global audience.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the market, storytelling techniques, and audience engagement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Shoot Director or in a related role .
• Strong foundational skills in photography and videography.
• Exceptional English communication and writing skills for seamless collaboration and documentation.
• Proficiency in post-production and editing workflows.
• A strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple shoots and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of current trends in visual content creation and marketing.
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate the team effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with diverse cultural aesthetics and global market trends.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
