Job Title: Shoe & Bags Restoration Manager

We are seeking an experienced Shoe and Bags Restoration Manager to lead our restoration team and oversee the repair and refurbishment of high-end footwear and handbags. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional quality in all restoration services, and providing excellent customer service. You will also manage a team of skilled technicians, maintain inventory of materials, and implement best practices for efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze the shoe restoration market to identify growth opportunities and trends.
• Develop business strategies to attract and retain clients in need of shoe repair and restoration services.
• Collaborate with shoe restoration experts to assess client needs and improve service offerings.
• Manage customer relations, ensuring excellent customer service and prompt resolution of inquiries and concerns.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor the competition and make data-driven decisions to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the shoe and bag specialised in Laudry industry.
• Strong understanding of shoe materials, construction techniques, and repair methods is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage customer accounts.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Passion for shoes, fashion, and craftsmanship will be an advantage.

Experienece:

• Business development or sales within the footwear, shoe, bags repair and Laudry or related industry.
