We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Shisha Cafe Manager in Bahrain. As the Manager, you will be responsible for increasing foot fall, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shisha cafe and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the shisha cafe's operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. - Supervise and train staff members, including servers, shisha preparers, and other team members, to provide high-quality customer service. - Monitor and maintain the cafe's physical appearance, cleanliness, and ambiance to ensure a visually appealing environment for guests. - Interact with customers on a daily basis, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure a positive and satisfying experience. Requirements: - Proven work experience in a managerial/supervisory position within the hospitality industry, specifically in a shisha cafe. - An existing database of customers that can be invited into the cafe. - In-depth knowledge of shisha culture, flavors, and preparation techniques. - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment. - Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy. - Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
