• Develop and implement business strategies to grow the electrical and automation project portfolio in the shipyard sector, with a primary focus on the Drydock account.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with Drydock and other shipyards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Drydock management, suppliers, and clients.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and successful completion of projects at Drydock.
• Collaborate closely with our masterclass region in Norway to leverage expertise and best practices.
• Work closely with other EAD regions to ensure alignment and synergy in business development efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to align business development efforts with company goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Track and report billable hours to ensure accurate client billing and project profitability.
• Drive business growth potential towards 50 million EUR.

What you Bring

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the electrical and automation industry.
• Strong understanding of shipyard operations and the specific needs of the shipyard sector, particularly Drydock.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
