• Liaising with vendors and carrier services to coordinate logistics and timelines.
• Assisting customers and resolving shipment issues and complaints.
• A good understanding of Bill of lading, Air waybill, Customs export declaration, Commercial invoice, Packing list, Export permit, Certificate of origin etc
• Coordinating with the shipping lines, transporters, clearing agents for Custom clearing, related parties and govt authorities for Import & export shipments.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Scheduling import and export shipment documents- plan weekly.
2. Submit Shipment Documents Status- daily (excel report).
3. Sending export shipping documents to customers in a timely manner.
4. Communicate with concerned parties (such as supplier & customer) in a timely manner.Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

• Managing Director\'s\' calendars and setting up meetings
• Answering emails and phone calls
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Organizing and maintaining the diary & filing system
• Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
• Making travel and accommodation arrangements
• Overseeing expenses and preparing confidential reports

Requirements: Must have experience in shipping line or handling shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Switch BLs) etc.
Must have a good understanding of arranging cross border shipments.
Good communication and coordination skills with various parties involved in the business (suppliers, forwarders, Insurance companies, Chamber of commerce, Clearing agents, customs, sales department).
Candidates must be very service orientated, reliable and extremely dedicated.Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
