We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing shipments at our facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring correct packaging and labeling.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements.
Coordinate with logistics providers, suppliers, and transport companies.
Handle shipping documents, invoices, and customs clearance procedures.
Track shipments and provide updates on delivery status.
Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas.
Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
Report damaged or missing goods to the supervisor.
Ensure compliance with safety and shipping regulations.
RequirementsRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus).
2-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (UAE experience preferred).
Knowledge of inventory management, shipping procedures, and logistics software.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Ability to lift and move heavy packages when required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if needed.
