Develop and maintain data models, perform statistical analysis on potential and emerging markets, and make recommendations based on insights.
Gather information on the demand, production, trade, and consumption of biofuels.
Provide presentation support and prepare deliverable presentations for external stakeholders.
Produce weekly updates covering the latest news, projects, and economic trends in trade and shipping, correlating with Baltic Forward Freight Assessment.
Engage in database generation, management, and modeling to enable efficient forecasting and machine learning.
Monitor the evolution of biofuels markets in the medium and long term, focusing on the impacts of agricultural, environmental, and energy policies in main producer and consumer countries.
Monitor trends in the fuel price market and document activities related to green shipping and sustainability.
Attend industry webinars and conferences as needed to enhance understanding of commercial shipping nuances.
Requirements:
Master's Degree from an internationally recognized university in International Trade, Economics, or a related discipline.
