Job Title: ITI ELECTRICIAN

Department : Maintenance Department

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trainee Engineer to join our Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduled Maintenance : Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and repair electrical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Control Panels : Maintain and troubleshoot control panels and operating panels.
• PLC Systems : Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems.
• Utility Systems : Maintain and troubleshoot utility systems such as compressors, chillers, air dryers, and pumps.
• Ancillary Equipment : Maintain and troubleshoot ancillary equipment including dehumidifiers, MTC, AHU, AC, DG, etc.
• Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems : Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Injection Molding Machines : Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding machines, blow molding machines, EBM machines, and ASB machines.
• Safety Compliance : Ensure compliance with safety requirements for major turnaround and maintenance activities.
• Machine Installation : Oversee the installation of new machinery and equipment.
• Reporting : Update daily monitoring reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications:

• Education : Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ITI
• Experience : Minimum of 3years in a similar role.
• Technical Skills :
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and control panels.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with utility systems and ancillary equipment.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with injection molding and related machinery.
• Soft Skills :
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
