We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shift Supervisor. The Shift Supervisor must ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant during designated shifts, while upholding our brand standards and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures, to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. Lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams, delegating tasks, and providing guidance to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction. Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to uphold our standards of excellence and consistency. Oversee cash handling procedures, including POS system operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the guest. Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate shift objectives, review special promotions or menu items, and reinforce service standards and expectations. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies, conducting stock counts, and monitoring waste, to minimize costs and optimize inventory levels. Qualifications: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant industry preferred. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, with a commitment to upholding health and safety standards at all times.
