Supervisor

who:

Responsibilities

:

Coordinate the production shift for order assembly. Oversee the order fulfillment process in the warehouse. Manage drivers responsible for product delivery to customers. Ensure all operations meet established timeframes. Monitor product quality and packaging standards. Maintain productivity and discipline among staff. Handle unforeseen situations and make quick decisions as needed.

Requirements

:

Secondary vocational or higher education in logistics, management, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in warehouse logistics or production.

Strong leadership skills and team management experience. Ability to make quick decisions under pressure. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of quality and safety standards. Willingness to work night shifts. Proficiency in computer programs for reporting and inventory management. Strong communication skills for interaction with staff and other departments. Good English - ability to provide verbal and written reports. Ability to fill out reporting documentation accurately. Strict adherence to instructions and operational procedures. Good skills in office applications on laptops and tablets (preferred but not required).

Conditions:

Monday - Saturday (can be modified) 23pm-8am, 1 hour lunch break paid vacation (probation period also 6 month) paid overtime work
