Job Title: Shift Manager - Party Club

Location: Dubai

Job Summary:

The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the club's operations during assigned shifts, ensuring a high-quality guest experience, efficient staff performance, and adherence to operational standards. This role is crucial for maintaining a vibrant and safe environment in a high-energy party club.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shift Supervision:

- Manage all aspects of club operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.

- Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure smooth operations.

- Monitor and manage guest flow, addressing any issues that arise.

2. Staff Management:

- Lead and motivate staff, including bartenders, servers, and security personnel.

- Conduct staff training and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

- Manage staff scheduling and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues.

3. Guest Relations:

- Ensure a high standard of customer service and address guest concerns promptly.

- Oversee the execution of events and themed nights, ensuring they meet guest expectations.

- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

4. Operational Efficiency:

- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and tracking supplies.

- Ensure proper use and maintenance of club equipment and facilities.

5. Financial Responsibilities:

- Assist with cash handling, including balancing tills and managing transactions.

- Monitor and control expenses during shifts, including labor and inventory costs.

- Report any financial discrepancies or issues to upper management.

6. Emergency Response:

- Act as the first point of contact in emergency situations, ensuring staff and guest safety.

- Follow and enforce emergency procedures and protocols.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management or related field preferred.

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic office software.
