• •Daily organization of work activities in a retail store•
• •Responsible for employees in the sales facility: Care and recording of employees' working hours; Participation in the selection and recruitment process of their team; Improving the skills and knowledge of employees; Supporting and nurturing team spirit•
• •Active implementation and monitoring of company processes, codes and defined standards by the Employer; implementation of procedures in accordance with legal regulations•
• •Responsible for work results, monitoring them and active implementation of all planned activities in order to achieve planned sales goals•
• •Monitoring of stock of goods and managing the process of receiving and returning goods•
• •Care and responsibility for the daily market, responsible for the cash register and treasury•
• •Cash register operation and collection•
• •Care and maintenance of high standards of customer service, appearance and hygiene of the facility•

#### •Job Experience •


• •Relevant professional experience in the same or similar position in the textile industry•
• •Excellent communication skills•
• •Advanced team leadership skills and experience in leading a team•
• •Excellent organizational skills (ability to prioritize and set goals)•
• •Knowledge of English (speaking and writing) is mandatory.•
• •Advanced level of knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)•
