Job Description

REQUIRED SHIFT INCHARGE FOR THE TISSUE PAPER MANUFACTURING COMPNAY.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the production activities related to tissue manufacturing, including converting, and packaging processes.
• Machine Operation: Monitor the operation of machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections and quality checks throughout the production process.
• Raw Material Management: Oversee the handling and usage of raw materials
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the production team, including operators, technicians, and other staff members, to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.
• Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate preventive maintenance activities for machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of production activities, including any incidents or problems encountered during the shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• PRODUCTION: 1 year (Preferred)
